Child Therapy

We offer child therapy sessions that are thoughtfully grounded in play. Because play is the natural language of children, our therapists use it to build trust, foster emotional safety, and create a supportive space where children can freely express themselves. Through play, children explore their inner world, process emotions, and work through challenges in ways that feel safe and accessible. Our therapists utilize a variety of research-based approaches including, but not limited to, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sandtray, Adlerian Play Therapy, and Theraplay®.

For older children and adolescents, sessions may incorporate talk therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy (CBPT), when appropriate. Even then, play remains a welcome and valuable tool to support expression and connection.

Parent Coaching

Parenting is hard work—and you don’t have to do it alone. We believe that one of the most effective ways to support children is by supporting the adults who care for them. Our parent coaching offers a collaborative, compassionate space where you can explore challenges, build confidence, and feel more connected in your role as a caregiver.

Rooted in attachment-based and trauma-informed principles, our approach helps you better understand your child’s needs, strengthen your relationship, and develop practical strategies that support both regulation and connection. Whether you're navigating behavior concerns, transitions, or your own emotional responses, we’re here to help you care not only for your child(ren), but for yourself as well.

Family Therapy

Family therapy involves two or more members of your family participating in sessions together. This may look like participating in Theraplay®, an attachment-focused, therapist-led treatment between caregiver(s) and child, or with the whole family. It may also involve siblings or parents participating in directive activities led by the therapist or non-directive sessions. The goal of family therapy is ultimately to improve the relationships between members of the family, improve family functioning, and to increase enjoyment of each other.

Adult Therapy

Life as an adult comes with complex challenges—relationships, career pressures, personal growth, identity, grief, and so much more. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply looking for a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, therapy can offer powerful support.

For adult clients, sessions often center around open, collaborative conversation grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based approaches. This means creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns at your own pace.

Understanding your attachment history—how early relationships have shaped your sense of safety, connection, and self—can be a transformative part of the therapeutic process. Through this lens, we can work together to identify attachment patterns that may no longer serve you, develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others, and foster a stronger sense of security and self-worth.

Together, we build greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and alignment with your values—helping you move toward a life that feels more authentic, connected, and meaningful.
